These terms govern your use of Stream Universe. By creating an account you accept them.

What Stream Universe is

Stream Universe is a search tool. It tells you where a film or series is available across streaming services, and puts what you already pay for first.

It is not a streaming service. It does not host, stream or play video, and it is not affiliated with Netflix, Max, Disney+, Prime Video, Apple TV+ or any other service it reports on. It does not sell, bundle or configure a VPN.

Accuracy

Catalogues change daily and vary by country. We report what our sources tell us, refreshed nightly. We cannot guarantee a title is still available at the moment you open a service, and we are not responsible for a service's own terms, prices or regional rules.

Your account

An account is for one person. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Subscription and payment

• R$ 9,99 per month, or R$ 99,99 per year.
• It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Cancel whenever you like. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate a part-used period.
• If a price changes we will tell you before it applies to you, and you can cancel first.

Seven day right of withdrawal

Because you are buying at a distance, Brazilian consumer law (CDC, article 49) gives you seven days from the date of purchase to withdraw and be refunded in full. Write to us within that window and we will refund you.

What you post

Reviews, lists, your @, your name and your bio are written by you and are shown to other people. You keep what you write, and give us permission to display it inside Stream Universe.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. By posting anything here, you agree not to post:

• any sexual content involving children or minors, in any form;
• pornography, explicit nudity, or advertising for adult content;
• attacks on a person or a group over race, origin, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation or gender identity;
• threats, stalking, harassment, or another person's private details;
• encouragement of suicide, self-harm or disordered eating;
• spam, scams, or impersonating somebody else.

Being hard on a film, a cast or a director is none of those things. Criticism is what the space is for.

What gets posted goes through an automatic check, and anybody can report a review, a profile or a list from the menu beside it. We read reports and respond within 24 hours. We may remove content and suspend or close the account of anybody posting what is listed above. You can also block any person: blocking hides what they write and stops them seeing what you write.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that is being used to break these terms or the law.

Liability

Stream Universe is provided as it is. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Defence Code or any other law that cannot be set aside by agreement.

Changes

If we change these terms we will post the new version here and tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If this version and the Portuguese one differ, the Portuguese one applies.
